Why didn't a user receive credit for a competition achievement?
Competition-related achievement types have a few prerequisites that must be met before the achievement is earned.
If a participant has not earned credit for the Team Competitions or Players Club achievements, this may be due to the timing of when the competition ends, or because it does not meet the staff-created criteria.
Is the competition still running?
The competition achievement types are only earned once the competition has concluded. Once a competition has finished, active members should receive credit, even if the competition is in the "Finalizing Results" period.
When does the competition end?
A competition needs to end before the achievement program ends in order for it to be counted towards the achievements.
Was the competition staff-created?
A competition needs to have been created by a staff member to count towards the achievements.
