Can I connect my Samsung Health account to Motivation Alliance?
There is no direct connection between Motivation Alliance and Samsung Health, but Health Connect can be used to pull Samsung Health data over.
Samsung Health stopped offering direct connections to new partners a few years ago, so Motivation Alliance does not have a direct Samsung Health integration. However, Motivation Alliance does offer a Health Connect option on the Connections page, and Samsung Health can be directly connected to this application.
Once you have established a connection between Samsung Health and the Health Connect app, you can go to the Connections page in Motivation Alliance and log in to Health Connect with your credentials to connect Motivation Alliance to Health Connect.
Note: When you connect Samsung Health to Health Connect you should be prompted to select which data points to allow. If you are not seeing a type of data (ex. Water or Steps) sync as expected, you should verify that this data can be transferred between Samsung Health and Health Connect.

Sync Time
Health Connect connects to many different apps, which can result in slight delays in data syncing. Once the Motivation Alliance app is opened to initiate the data transfer, the data can take up to 30 minutes to appear in Motivation Alliance.
Note: On Android devices with Android 15 OS or higher, you do not need to launch the app to initiate a transfer- Motivation Alliance checks for data automatically every 15 minutes for these devices. All other Android devices, and all iOS devices, need to have the Motivation Alliance app to initiate the data transfer.
